AGM

The NMAI AGM will be held on the 16th of May 2010 in the Bridge House hotel Tullamore at 12 sharp. Official notification will be posted to all members on Monday 19th of April.

There will be a proposed change to 12.3 of the Constitution on the agenda. It currently reads,

12.3 An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association shall be called at not less than 30 clear days notice in writing by the Secretary to the members upon the written demand of:
(i) 10% of the members as at January 1st preceding or
(ii) The Committee.

The Committee propose that following this change it will read,


12.3 An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association shall be called at not less than 7 clear days notice in writing by the Secretary to the members upon the written demand of:
(i) 10% of the members as at January 1st preceding or
(ii) The Committee.
